FoodTec Continuous Dying Centrifuge is perfectly suited for drying and spinning a wide variety of vegetables in the industrial application. It is ideal for drying a wide variety of vegetables like cabbages, lettuces, mushrooms, herbs and heavy products like onions, potatoes in a continuous processing process. The desired degree of drying/ spinning times and spinning speeds can be adjusted via a touch screen and saved in the programs depending on the consistency, shape and size of the product. The operator can be easily enter, modify and save the appropriate programs via touch screen. Depending on the spinning time and spinning speed, some parameters can be adjusted and saved in the programs, such as the speed of the buffer conveyor or the transport conveyor or the outfeed conveyor. After the washing process, the product is collected on a buffer conveyor depending on the spinning time. The Product is fed into the infeed hopper of the centrifuge, the centrifuge drum is turning slowly while doing so and afterwards it is dried in the centrifuge. Once the centrifuge is filled, the drying cycle will begin automatically. The excess water is guided from the water gutter to the drain. After the drying cycle is completed, the dried product will fall through the funnel onto the outfeed belt. At the end of the drying cycle, the rotation speed of drum is reduced and through air knife one-time blow off and the product is gently discharged onto an outfeed conveyor. FoodTec Continuous Dying Centrifuge is an effective, gentle and short drying cycle dewatering system that reduces excess moisture to prolongate shelf life of products. The outfeed conveyor is cycled in such a manner that a product flow as uniform as possible occurs for the downstream processes (E.g.weighing / packing). FoodTec Continuous Dying Centrifuge is an ideal supplement to FoodTec washing machines and it can be integrated in all other systems that require a continuous, user-friendly drying process operated with a minimum number of personnel.
