The pneumatic press cutting machine is used for precise cutting or cutting into different patterns, is suitable for carrots, potatoes and root vegetables. Cutting capacity: 15 times per minute, up to 900 times per hour. The machine's powerful blade and integrated knife pattern design make the cutting products and cutting surface smooth and improve the freshness. With double-button safety start device and guide cylinder on the top to make the product embossed evenly. The knife die is easy to install and disassemble, the height can be increased by 200mm. It’s suitable for large root vegetables, such as flower-shaped patterns, etc.
The pneumatic press cutting machine is designed with a single pneumatic cylinder and is made entirely of stainless steel. This machine is mainly composed of 3 main components: a. pneumatic cylinder; b. product guide seat and knife die seat; c. integrated forming die.
