Combination Tumble Chiller & Cook Tank FT-616A


FoodTec Combination Tumble Chiller/Cook Tank loading capacity up to 100 bags with an individual weight of 3kg each ( 100 x 3kg = 300kg) filled with liquid (sauce, soup, meat and much more). The rotating inner cylinder is totally enclosed by the top cover of the tank. Sensor will stop cylinder rotate when the cover is even slightly lifted. Two divider shelves inside the inner cylinder and a pressure plate on the top to press down the product to keep the product in place.

Equipped with water conserved circulating system to allow use of chilled or heated water throughout the production day. All electrical and plumbing enclosed in a stainless steel housing. Combination system greatly reduces valuable kitchen floor space used. All these features make it an ideal equipment for the central kitchens, food processing factory and restaurant, etc.
** The cooling/steaming equipment need to prepare by yourself. After that, we can reserve the steaming/ cooling piping of this equipment in advance in order to further connected and set up this equipment.
