Multipurpose Vegetable Washer FT-109B
FoodTec has developed the Multipurpose Vegetable Washer that it can be used for washing heavy or light vegetables as well as salads. FoodTec Multipurpose Washer is equipped with insects and fine particles removal system that it can be easily removed for all insects and floating debris. Heavy dirt particles such as sands and small stones are removed from the product flow and settled in the sand traps, at the bottom of the wash tank. This can prevent the sand particles to return to the product flow. Heavy parts or particles fall to the bottom and will be discharged via the sand trap funnels.
Air bubble system for more efficient and gentle washing of salads, lettuces, and vegetables by means of adjustable water rotation. All pipes, washing tanks, covers, pump cases as well as control panels are manufactured in 304 stainless steel. The pipes are quick-released for cleaning and maintaining. The strength of the water flow can be controlled through the ball valve. The washer is equipped with the filters and filter tank that floating or lighter vegetable residues or insects can be removal by water flow. The optional equipment for sanitizing in food processing operations depends on the need of customers, it can be extra equipped to the washer for the sterilization function of processing products. In addition, the washer can also combine with centrifuging system to prolongate shelf life of fresh products or be integrated with variety of vegetable washers plus a set of centrifuge system and finally ended up with the automatic packaging line to fulfill all the functions in food processing.
