The Four-Layer Air-Drying Conveyor designed by FoodTec is suitable for surface drying and moisture removal in food processing. Its multi-layer conveyor structure features an airflow circulation system for space efficiency, hygiene, and performance. With seven fans positioned on the top and both sides, the system delivers uniform, stable, and highly efficient drying results, making it suitable for lots of food processing lines.
The four-layer conveyor design increases processing capacity per unit area, significantly saves space, and enhances productivity. It is ideal for continuous high-production or food processing facilities with limited space. Equipped with seven fans—four on the top layer and three positioned along the conveyor path—creating airflow circulation system to ensure uniform drying on product surfaces. The fan intensity can be adjusted via an inverter, allowing optimal airflow settings based on different product characteristics and drying requirements, improving drying quality while reducing energy consumption. The conveyor speed can also be flexible adjusted via an inverter according to product thickness and processing needs.
The machine can be customized in conveyor length, number of layers, and fan quantity to meet specific drying performance requirements. The entire machine is made of stainless steel with electrolytic polish, making it easy to clean and extending service life.
