FoodTec vegetable centrifuge is ideal for drying various kinds of vegetables, root products, as well as for whole leaves that it will remove free standing water from the leaf surface. The centrifuging time and speed can be adjusted, also available in fixed speed. The basket with product is placed in the centrifuge, the lid closed and the machine will start. After a pre-set time the machine will stop, the lid can be opened, the dewatered product can be removed. FoodTec centrifuge is both sturdy and safe and it is equipped with a safety device on the lid opening, when the lid is opened, the centrifuge stopped running. The centrifuge drum and lid are easily removable for cleaning as the corners are rounded and all material in contact with food is made of stainless steel. The centrifuge is mounted on 4 adjustable feet with rubber cushion, it is not necessary to fix the centrifuge to the floor. Equipped with 10 pieces stainless steel springs to prevent shaking effect. The rotation speed is adjustable between 350 and 900 rpm, a complete drying cycle lasts between one and two minutes. Available in capacity of 6-10 kg of leaf vegetables per batch. Available in capacity of 15-20 kg of root vegetables per batch. The capacity of per batch can be processed depending on the product type and the desired moisture level after the centrifuge.
