FoodTec unique triple belt Preparation Table in hygienic and ergonomic design, state of the art for various salads and vegetables. FoodTec preparation table and conveying systems is constructed as a three-belt system, which is composed of the upper belt (deliver-the processed products), the middle supply belt (raw material supply), and the bottom waste belt (deliver-waste). The eyes and skills are still needed to check and revise the continuing variation of products, by means of looks and color. Products are pre-treatment by manual trimming and sorting to speed up the pre-treatment, with less product loss and a better product quality. The raw material is delivered by the supply belt, which is situated on the middle level. The operator takes off the product and processes it at the preparation station. The processed product is then placed onto the upper conveyor to avoid contact with discarded material. Then the waste falls into the hopper and is delivered to the waste collection bucket through the bottom waste belt. This Prep Table is equipped with removable cutting boards, waste hopper & removable foot platform. FoodTec triple belt Preparation Table is perfectly suited for adaption directly to the infeed belts of cutting machines.
