FoodTec Circular blade Cutting Machine is ideal for central kitchens and institutional meal providers. It is specially designed for cutting large volumes of leafy with stems into a fixed size, such as bok choy, spoon cabbage, spinach and Taiwanese lettuce. Distances of circular blades (cutting width): from 15 to 35 mm depending on the products. It is easy to operate - place the raw materials on the infeed conveyor and then they will pass through the circular cutting blades to be cut into uniform width within seconds. Circular cutting blade design ensures clean, smooth cuts without indentations, significantly enhancing the appearance of the final products. The machine is equipped with an adjustable stem-length guide plate, allow fine -tuning for the different types of leafy vegetables to reduce the waste. After cutting, the leafy parts and stems are automatically separated and discharged, eliminating the need for manual sorting and greatly improving efficiency. The machine is equipped with emergency stop button to improve the operator safety. Circular blade cutting machine can be positioned upstream of washing machine to complete the whole production line.
