The Corn Cutting Machine, designed by FoodTec, is specifically developed for corn processing lines and is suitable for all varieties of corn. Whether the raw material has husks or not, it can quickly complete the top-and-tail cutting process, effectively improving husk removal efficiency and overall production line speed. The dual-knife roller cutting structure provides fast and clean cutting with a smooth and even surface, enhancing product appearance quality. It can also process corn of different sizes, improving processing consistency and quality. The spacing between the knives on both sides can be adjusted according to corn length and production requirements.
Waste and finished products are discharged through separate inclined chutes, preventing cross-contamination and complying with food safety requirements. The knife roller speed and conveyor speed can be synchronously adjusted via an inverter, thereby improving processing efficiency. At the feeding section, emergency stop buttons are installed on both the left and right sides, along with protective covers and safety curtains to enhance operational safety. During machine operation, the emergency stop buttons can be pressed to immediately stop the machine.
The entire machine is stainless steel with electrolytic polished to extend its service life. It is widely used in food factories and agricultural processing lines, making it an ideal corn processing equipment for improving productivity and product quality.
