FoodTec has developed an Inline wedge cutting machine which is suitable for pineapples that have been topped, tailed and peeled. The machine cuts pineapples into wedge-shaped pieces at a rate of 20 units per minute significantly boosting production efficiency. It can be connected to a basket or conveyor to the next processing. It not only cuts into wedge but also incorporates an inlet pipe for disinfection system. The speed of conveyor can be adjusted through the inverter depending on different products. Various blade molds are available, including 3, 4, 6 and 8-segment. The blade molds are easy to install, remove, and replace. Can purchased different blades to meet the specific product requirements. The machine is equipped with an emergency stop button. The operator can stop the machine at any time if there is a problem during operation. The device can improve the operator safety.
The entire machine is made of stainless steel with electrolytic polished. In addition, the use of stainless steel conveyor chains and imported PP or MC nylon bases ensures easy cleaning and enhanced durability. It can be positioned upstream of packaging machines to complete the whole production line.
