Air Suction Sealer FT-619A

FoodTec Air Suction Sealer is ideally suited for the fresh produce packaging or fresh food/meat packaging, it is flexible with highly efficiency and easy to operate that can be applied for any heat sealable packing materials. Equipped with air extracting device to perform the air extracting and sealing job efficiently together. The sealer has "open head design" for easy access of bag positioning, and equipped with dual stainless steel nozzles which are featured with the both function of air suctioning nozzle and pressure sensing nozzle, they are used for extracting the air in the bag then finally sealed so as to effectively reduce air as well as the volume of the bag. In addition, the stainless steel nozzles can be controlled to retract for not suctioning air but just simply seal the bag. This Air Suction Sealer can be also integrated optionally to the whole vegetable processing line that can end up with packaging system to be available for the operation of multiple sealers jointly. It is the right choice for the use of demanding environment of the food processing industry where the speed, excellent hygiene and economical operation are required.
