Multifunctional double-layer washing and cooling machine FT-629A
FoodTec has designed a multifunctional double-layer washing and cooling machine, specially developed for cooling retort pouches. It is combined with a plate heat exchanger to effectively reduce energy consumption. The conveyor speed can be flexibly adjusted through an inverter to control the product’s residence time in the water, ensuring optimal cooling efficiency. Its unique conveyor design, similar to the lifting machine, allows the conveyor belts to be completely raised during cleaning for thorough, zero-dead-angle sanitation. The machine is equipped with multiple safety devices, such as emergency stop buttons and a buzzer alarm, ensuring operator safety during operation. The entire machine is stainless steel with electrolytic polished to make it easy to clean and increase its durability. It can be directly connected to the outlet of a retort sterilizer and flexibly integrated with various packaging or drying machines to form a fully automated production line to meet the food processing industry’s demand for high efficiency and superior quality.
