Use precision-engineered rollers of varying sizes; the machine delivers consistent sorting and grading results while minimizing damage, such as stem loss. Roller spacing can be fully customized to match different product specifications, making it suitable for a wide range of distribution channels.
The roller speed is adjustable via an inverter, to meet diverse processing needs. For enhanced efficiency, the machine can be integrated with a brush washing machine at the front, as well as a conveyor and packaging line below—streamlining the entire workflow and reducing labor.
The entire machine is stainless steel with electrolytic polish to extend its service life. It is an ideal solution for grading and sorting prior to packaging.
