The four-station manual slicing machine is designed by FoodTec, is suitable for slicing large fruits or root vegetables such as taro, sweet potato, pumpkin, bottle gourd, and watermelon, etc. Have roller rack next to the worktable for placing raw materials, allowing operators to easily access them. Designed with four workstations, it allows four operators to work at the same time, significantly increasing productivity. Slicing thickness are 5, 10, 15, and 20 mm, and the slicing thickness can be configured according to requirements.
Each workstation is equipped with a locking ring device to prevent the cutting blade from opening too wide, ensuring operator safety. A discharge chute is located at the bottom of the machine, allowing a basket to be placed for collecting sliced products, then transferred to the next process.
The FoodTec four-station manual slicing machine is all made of stainless steel with electrolytic polished for easily cleaning and increase durability. It can also connect with a packaging machine for a complete production line.
