FoodTec stick cutting machine enables to cut root vegetables like carrots, potatoes, radishes, sweet potatoes etc. into sticks. Various sizes of sticks such as 8mm、10mm、12mm、15mm、18mm、20mm、25mm、30mm can be processed. Efficient cutting of root vegetables sticks in various sizes up to max.150mm length and 90mm diameter with the standard machine. Depending on product, up to 300-600 cuts / hour are possible. The machine offers a larger lifting height (up to 200 mm) to cut of root vegetables sticks. This machine with single pneumatic cylinder design and the strong inclined position of the blades guarantees perfect cutting. Also, the cutting tools can be changed easily and very quickly. All parts that are in contact with food are made of stainless steel.
